Our standard payment terms include:
Immediate Payment – Payment is required at the time of placing the order.
Net 30 – Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date (only for approved business accounts).
2/10 Net 30 – A 2% discount is offered if the invoice is paid within 10 days; otherwise, full payment is due in 30 days.
2% early payment discount when paid within 10 days (business customers only)
Late payment fees of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on overdue balances
Invoices will include:
Invoice number and issue date
Due date and payment terms
Bank details or payment link
Any discounts or adjustments
Always quote your invoice number when making a payment to avoid delays.
For orders outside the UK:
Full payment may be required before dispatch
International transfer fees must be paid by the sender
Additional customs or banking charges may apply
