UK Mainland
– Standard Delivery (2–5 working days): £4.95 (free if you can wair for 7 days)
– Express Delivery (next working day if ordered before 1 pm): £14.99
Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
– Standard delivery rates apply plus an additional £4–£8 surcharge depending on your postcode.
Republic of Ireland & EU
– Standard Europe delivery (5–10 working days): £10.95
– Express Europe delivery (2–5 working days): £14.95
– Import duties and VAT may apply at customs.
Worldwide
– Rates vary by destination (typically £15–£25)
– Delivery usually takes 7–14 working days
– Customs charges, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day from receipt of payment.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
We use trusted carriers like Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL.
Delivery notifications and tracking links will be emailed.
You can track your delivery up to (and after) the estimated arrival date.
Standard & Express Delivery may require a signature upon arrival.
If you're unavailable, the courier will leave a card to reschedule or collect from a depot.
If no one is home and a signature is needed, a card will be left with instructions.
You can rebook online or pick up from the depot at no extra cost.
Returns to us due to failed delivery attempts can be redelivered for a fee or refunded on the order value (excluding delivery charges).
Inspect your order upon arrival.
If there’s visible damage, sign “damaged” on the delivery note.
Report damage or missing items to us within 48 hours.
We’ll provide replacement, repair, or refund as soon as possible.

For returns, please request a Return Authorisation (RMA) from us first.
Returns sent without an RMA won’t be accepted.
Once inspected, refunds (minus delivery cost) will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method.
During high-demand periods (e.g., sales or public holidays), dispatch and delivery may take an extra 2–3 working days.
