All product details and prices are shown clearly at the time of order. Prices and availability are subject to change. If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we will notify you promptly and offer the choice to proceed or cancel. If cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full.
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility and suitability prior to purchase.
Orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. If you need delivery to a different address, please contact us before placing your order.
Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to factors outside our control. If your delivery is delayed, damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours.
If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient not being available, re-delivery charges may apply.
Any damaged items must be reported to info@pinntech.co.uk within 2 working days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted due to courier policy.
You may cancel your order prior to dispatch. Cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@pinntech.co.uk.
If an order has already been dispatched, you may return it under our returns policy (see below). Goods must be kept in good condition and returned in original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct charges for damage, missing components, or collection costs from any applicable refund.
Most items we sell include a 12-month manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise specified. Returns must be authorised via email before sending goods back.
Items returned after 14 days may incur a restocking fee of up to 30%, provided they are in "as new" condition with original packaging and all included accessories.
Software is non-returnable once opened unless faulty or misdescribed. Products returned and found to be non-faulty may incur a diagnostic fee.
Proof of postage must be retained until we confirm receipt. All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
If an item is faulty upon arrival (within 14 days), please contact us at info@pinntech.co.uk to troubleshoot. If confirmed, we will arrange a return and replacement or refund.
After 14 days, faults are usually handled under the manufacturer’s warranty. We can assist with warranty support if needed.
Goods returned with no fault found may be subject to a restocking or testing fee.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue, or business.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but we are not liable for unauthorised access unless due to negligence.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Business purchases (including resellers, corporates, and education institutions) are excluded from consumer returns rights. Returns are only accepted if goods are faulty, and terms may vary based on supplier policy.
